Safe Haven Ballet is a trauma informed professional touring 501(c)(3) ballet company and school. SHB is known for offering weekly free trauma sensitive classes for survivors of sexual violence/trauma. Our mission: To uplift and inspire the community through professional performances and world class ballet education while upholding a trauma-informed approach.
