Presentation Description: In the contemporary business landscape, the integration of family-friendly workplace policies, including comprehensive child care access, stands as a critical determinant of organizational success and employee well-being. Recognizing this, Granite United Way is thrilled to collaborate with the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce, Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce, and Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth for an insightful Lunch and Learn session designed specifically for business leaders across New Hampshire.

This round table discussion, titled "Work Well: The Impact of Child Care Access and Family-Friendly Policies on NH Businesses," aims to illuminate the multifaceted benefits these policies offer not only to the employees but also to the businesses themselves. From enhancing employee satisfaction and retention to boosting productivity and fostering a more inclusive workplace culture, the advantages are manifold.

We cordially invite business leaders to join us in this engaging session, where we will:
  • Explore the latest research findings on how child care access and family-friendly policies influence business outcomes and employee performance.
  • Share compelling case studies from organizations that have successfully implemented these initiatives, demonstrating the tangible impact on their operations.
  • Create an open platform for participants to share their own experiences, challenges, and innovative solutions in integrating child care supports and family-friendly practices within their businesses.
This event represents a unique opportunity for NH business leaders to engage in meaningful dialogue, exchange best practices, and lay the groundwork for pioneering strategies that align business growth with the well-being of their workforce.

Join us to contribute to this important conversation and discover how your organization can benefit from fostering a more supportive, family-friendly work environment.

We look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be an enlightening and empowering session for all attendees.
