On Jan. 24, the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, chaired by Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), held a hearing titled “Succession Planning: Opportunities to Build Wealth and Keep Jobs in Local Communities.”Devine Millimet attorney Tabitha Croscut was asked to be a witness and provide testimony at the hearing.
