I have been a real estate attorney on the Seacoast for over 30 years.  I recently joined Treworgy & Baldacci in its Portsmouth office as their in-house attorney.

As the Principal of AHS, I am dedicated to providing honest and valuable health and life insurance consultation to New Hampshire and Maine corporate groups as well as individuals. I've worked hard to build a reputation as an honest, easy-to-work-with, independent professional, and take pride in being able to provide a sense of clarity and understanding in an often-confusing scrum of health and life insurance choices.

Donna Sovie is the owner and CEO of Check and Balance Business Solutions. She started her accounting career over 20 years ago working in accounts payable for a small construction company, and over the years climbed to the ranks of executive management for multiple construction companies while earning her Bachelors and Masters degree in accounting. Today she has grown her business from one client to 30+ and is passionate about helping small businesses become more profitable while taking the stress of number crunching off of their plate. She has been a keynote speaker for the Women’s Business League, has taught multiple courses on accounting at Nashua Community College, and is a member of various networking associations and chambers throughout the state of NH.

I grew up in upstate New York and continued my education in the Finger Lakes. Much of my early life was dedicated to athletics, which took a sudden shift when I suffered an ACL tear during my sophomore soccer season at Ithaca College.  Having the experience of rehabilitating from an injury during these formative years was pivotal in guiding me towards a career where I can help others to heal and feel their best.

I seek deep connection with those around me, and take pride in providing a compassionate space for my clients to feel listened to and truly cared for. As a provider, I incorporate my many years of experience as a doctor of physical therapy with a passion for embracing the mind body connection. I felt drawn to the Seacoast in 2018, and have been overwhelmed with the sense of warmth and welcome I’ve found in this community.
