Expecting a little one?
Join Ability Allies for Birth Ready: Pelvic Health & Labor Prep, a 6-week course designed to help expecting parents in the Seacoast area feel more informed, confident, and prepared for birth and postpartum recovery.
Led by licensed pelvic floor occupational therapists Haley Langton, OT, and Samantha Maher, OT, this series will cover pelvic floor health, breathing and relaxation, labor positions, pushing, postpartum recovery, and more. Guest experts in lactation, birth, and delivery will also share their knowledge and support.
Limited to 8 participants to allow for more personalized support and guidance.
